The INSPERE Federation — International Network for Sustainable Progress, Excellence and Resilience through Education — is an international non-profit association governed by the French Act of 1 July 1901, headquartered in Sartrouville, France.

Our purpose
To promote, in France and internationally, excellence in health, safety, environment, sustainability, social responsibility, organisational resilience and risk management — through education, training, certification, labelling, applied research and by connecting experts, associations, companies, educational institutions, NGOs and public bodies.
Our objectives
- Develop an expert, recognised training and certification offer for EHS professionals, plus awareness programmes for each key industry and challenge.
- Build a global multi-stakeholder network.
- Develop and accredit training and awareness programmes.
- Organise international boot camps and capacity-building events.
- Empower young people in leadership and sustainability careers.
- Support South–North and interregional collaboration.
- Create an international quality and impact label.

Clear, rigorous governance
Set out in the statutes adopted on 26 June 2026 and complemented by internal rules (conflicts of interest, ethics, quality, brand use).
General Assembly
Brings all members together; approves accounts, budget and strategic direction.
Founders’ Council
Guardian of the founding spirit, international consistency, integrity and quality.
Executive Board
Runs the Federation and implements the approved strategy.
Bureau
President, Secretary General and Treasurer: day-to-day steering.
Scientific & Educational Council
Experts and practitioners ensuring the quality of standards, programmes and certificates.
Representations & institutes
National or regional representations, institutes and centres recognised by the Federation.
